Cancelation and Rescheduling policy 

We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Changes made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your 50% deposit.

 

Using a voucher? 50% of your appointment value will count as a deposit and will also be forfeited if less than 48 hours' notice is given. By booking, you agree to this policy.
