How far in advance should I book ?
We strongly suggest booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Most of our regular clients book at least 1–2 treatments at a time.

What are your opening hours ?
Wednesday ( Late appointment 7:00pm- 9:00pm )
Thursdays 9:30am till 3:00pm , ( Late appointment 7:00pm - 9:00pm )
Fridays 9:30 till 3:00pm
Saturday 9:00 till 1:00pm

What is the cancellation policy ?

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to another client. You'll receive a text or email confirmation 48 hours in advance to remind you.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your 50% deposit, which is non-transferable. A new deposit will be required to book again.
Using a gift voucher?
The same policy applies. 50% of the appointment value will be treated as a deposit. If you cancel or reschedule late, that portion will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required, and the remaining voucher balance can be applied to your next appointment.

What is an upfront payment Policy ?
To secure your appointment,
a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred if you reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
If you do not reschedule within this timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to book again.
The remaining balance for your treatment will be due at the end of your appointment.
What if it's my first time visiting ?
Welcome! I am so happy to have you here and to hold space for you. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to sit, take a moment, and fully be present, allowing you to catch your breath before your treatment. We have a waiting area where you can relax until we are ready to start your appointment.
I recommend coming without makeup, jewellery, or fragrance, and with unwashed hair. Arriving 5 minutes early will also give you time to fill out a new client form and allow us to go over your skin consultation.
Is there car parking?
There are two allocated parking spaces for Sola located on the side of Moreland House. If these are full, there is plenty of free on-road parking surrounding the building.
How do I purchase skin care from you ?
Our full range of products is available for purchase in-studio at 353 Devonport Road, Tauranga, or anytime through our online shop right here on our website.
Where are you located ?
Sola is based in the iconic Moreland House building on the corner of 11th Ave and Devonport Road. You will find Sola on the ground floor, directly below Creative Space Architecture and next to the Director's Chair Hair Salon.
What if I am running late ?
Please send us a courtesy text if you may be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule; otherwise, this will cut into your treatment time.
What if I am early ?
New Clients: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. This is to complete all required clinic paperwork without running into your treatment time.
If you are a regular and arrive a few minutes early, we welcome you to sit in our waiting area until your appointment time. Alternatively, you can send a text, as I may not be with a client and could start your treatment earlier.
How do I make a payment?
When you book your appointment via our website you will be able to pay via the checkout all credit cards, debit cards are accepted. All appointments have a 50% no refundable deposit once the treatment is completed you will pay the remaining balance either with Eftpos, credit card ,internet banking or cash all accepted with in studio
What if I have specific health needs or existing health conditions or life style factors that could effect my treatment?
Due to the nature of Sculpting/ Buccal facial and Lymphatic facial there are few health conditions and lifestyle factors that mean we may be unable to treat or need to adjust the treatment to suit you. These condition include (but are not limited to) hypertension, epilepsy, tumors & cancers, heart problems and thyroid conditions. First trimester & Third Trimester of pregnancy. We recommend this treatment 6 weeks post anti wrinkle and filler injections and 3 months post PDO threads/thread lifting . Please do not hesitate to let me know about any of these as your safety is at the forefront of my practice.
